What do I need to know to translate my diploma or transcript?

Translation of your diploma or transcript may take up to 5 business days.  Please plan in advance to meet your deadlines and avoid rush fees.  Allow 2-3 days for postal service to deliver your final translation.  Overnight services are available.

 

The following documents, commonly filed with the U.S.C.I.S. , would require certified translation:

 

1. Diploma - Issued by college or university;

2. Transcript - Issued by an educational institution;

3. Certificate - Issued by vocational school, college, university or other organization;
