"Grease" gets ASL treatment from Sunlake High School students
Thursday, 24 February 2011 08:55
greaseWe already wrote about Sign Language advances as a subject in colleges and universities. The need for good ASL interpreters is always high. And what can be better than real life experiences? Members of the Sunlake High School Dramahawks in Florida will sign the entire production of "Grease".  The students will work as ASL interpreters to translate both the dialogues and songs for audience members who are deaf or hearing impaired. Three shows are scheduled and two will get ASL treatment to the joy of the public.  More info can be obtained on school's web site.
