Interpreter scheduling e-mails are now easier to read |
|
Monday, 24 January 2011 22:59 |
TranslationPerfect.com enables contractors to read all scheduling information in the e-mail subject.
Newly redesigned notification incorporates subject line that provide information on the language pair, date and time of the assignment as well as city and state where it will take place. Interpreters can glance only at the subject of the e-mail to see if request fits their schedule. Notification remains HIPAA compliant. The following is an example of the notification request as it looks in the MS Outlook or Google Mail. Most of the on-line services including Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL and others as well as smart phones manufactured after 2009 should reproduce e-mail in the same format.
