Reports for translation and interpreting services are available in Microsoft Excel format |

 TranslationPerfect.com continues to integrate its management application with Microsoft® Office.
Current Status of the Account is our first step to migrate all reports into Microsoft® Excel® format. Each Monday, a weekly report is delivered to the administration of the hospital, court, government agency or business via e-mail. Attached Microsoft® Excel® file lists description of all services provided, languages and the amount due (where applicable). Report is carefully designed to help administrators and managers to get quick and accurate assesment of the account and services. The data can be incorporated into department's internal reports, used for advanced budget and performance planning.
Many clients previously indicated that PDF reports, while useful, were hard to work with. Reports in Microsoft® Excel® format provide clients of TranslationPerfect.com with access to the information that can be manipulated using familiar applications from Microsoft® Office suite.
We are now working on year to date report with listing of all languages, hours, number of assignments/contacts and cost of services provided. Report will allow clients to compare the services to the previous five years (when applicable). |
